COMPANY INFORMATION
In 1983, Dr. Jack Corbett, DDS decided to give his patients a better looking temporary crown than gold or silver. He did not want to spend unnecessary chair time on acrylic temporary crowns. Dr. Corbett developed and patented a temporary crown with the same flexible characteristics as the aluminum temporary crown and coated it to a universal shade. The result was the JAVA CROWN. JAVA CROWNS is an unique natural tooth-colored temporary aluminum crown for molars and pre-molars.
Dr. Gordon Christensen of the Clinical Research Association concluded, "JAVA CROWNS allow dentists using pre-formed aluminum crown forms to improve aesthetics of posterior single crown temporary procedures significantly without substantial changes in their technique", (Stated in an April 1987 CRA Newsletter).
JAVA CROWNS were initially introduced into the southwest region of the United States seventeen years ago. Today, we sell to dentists across North America, and are expanding globally.
